Was this information helpful? Yes No. Thank you! Any more feedback? The more you tell us the more we can help. Can you help us improve? Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped.
Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. I downloaded and installed myColors and it went fine. It's only the Deskscapes install that's failing.
OK I have the last beta installed and the option to 'Upgrade' has appeared for me and gives me the 'smaller than expected' error when I try to do so. I do not fit into any of the categories above, so I assume I should not be seeing the upgrade option. I assumed this because I can't find the option to purchase the upgrade at a discount anywhere, only the full price or what looked to be a weekend discount or something which was different to the price Neil said an upgrade from DS2 goes for.
Navigation design seems to have failed me here. I have two updates in Impulse. The one for DS is showing this error. I have 3. The one for WB's will first give an Error: Non-negative number required. Parameter name: value and if I try again,I get the same error as DS. The version updating from is 7. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. It'd be great if Impulse actually showed you little things like, paid upgrades, version numbers etc. So now when I install the next Elemental beta, is it going to prompt me to install the non functioning deskscapes beta again?
Maybe if V3 had been released as a seperate product or if Impulse prompted you to buy the upgrade before downloading an unlicensed version all this mess would have been avoided. Wizard : What if you uninstalled DeskScapes and then reinstalled from scratch? It's more likely for a full redownload to go successfully. Install fresh from within Impulse. If you are not seeing the most current version numbers, try resetting the Impulse data again.
You are absolutely correct, that did the trick. Both current versions seem to be working fine. Thank you both for your replies. Good job, Team Stardock. Welcome Guest! Is there any solution, as i got stuck in the same problem, also can you please let me know the file size limit if any and is there any way to increase?
Unfortunately, we do not have any plans in the near future to change this number. I'm having the same problem. I'm uploading powerpoint slides with mp3s into a wordpress dashboard. Should this be happening? I have loaded files bigger than 10 MB which suggests its not falling down based on the openurl error you mention below. Your PPT file is stored in your own storage a folder on your Wordpress web site, or somewhere similar , correct?
You are embedding that View onto your Wordpress web page, and have trouble viewing a 20M file, correct? If all of the 3 above are correct understanding, then unfortunately you are hitting the same 10M cap as seen earlier on this thread. The cap is detailed in this help article , and I am pasting the relevant section below. The document is too large. Word and PowerPoint documents must be less than 10 megabytes; Excel must be less than five megabytes.
Else, if any of the situation was misunderstood, please kindly help us understanding them better and we would be more than happy to provide more assistance.

Hi, I am getting an error message that says: File too Large The file specified is larger than what the Office Online Viewers are configured to support. Reduce the size of the file to view it online. I have the same question Report abuse.
